In reference to the recent concerns over pet foods and animal feeds contaminated with melamine, Alltech, Inc. would like to assure our valued customers that neither melamine nor cyanuric acid is used in our manufacturing processes to produce our all natural line of products.

We take a multi-step approach to assure that melamine, cyanuric acid and other deleterious substances do not enter Alltech’s manufacturing processes. Above all, Alltech routinely inspects its raw materials and finished products for quality as part of its rigorous quality control system. We currently obtain all of our wheat gluten from assured sources within the United States and aggressively scrutinize all raw material suppliers' manufacturing methods, quality control procedures, regulatory track record, and reputation in the marketplace in order to produce the highest quality, all natural products for the pet food and animal feed industries.
